  • 1 flax egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup flour (all-purpose, whole wheat, or gluten-free flour)
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder (heaping)

  • 2 tablespoons dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions
